Finding 1: Increasing the level of predefined elements and modules increases the efficiency of the process. In the case of configurable or personalized building product specification still needs to be defined for the implementation.
Finding 2: Product and business process data needs to be predefined to enable well planned operations and implementation. Changing and volatile data causes variability on all following processes, causing individualized and inconsistent activities in process, and finally resulting in inefficiency and impossibility for continuous improvement.
Finding 3: The operational business processes must be efficiently planned, organized, lead, and controlled thorough the defied product – e.g. construction and its sub-processes. Systematization of processes enables pre-planning and improved cost, quality, and time control and finally results efficiency improvement.
