About Dr. Westover
Dr. Jonathan H. Westover earned his Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Utah, specializing in Comparative International Sociology and the Sociology of Work and Organizations. With over 20 years of professional and academic experience, he currently serves as Associate Dean and Director of HR Undergraduate and Graduate Academic Programs at Western Governors University. He was previously Professor and Chair of Organizational Leadership at Utah Valley University. His is a multiple-time Fulbright Scholar. In addition, he has held prestigious roles including Visiting Academic at the University of Oxford and Fulbright Senior Scholar at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. He is an award-winning author and has published extensively on topics such as job satisfaction, employee engagement, and global workforce trends.
His research integrates organizational leadership, human capital development, and social impact metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance workplace inclusivity and resilience.
