- ENT: hoarseness, mild pharyngeal erythema
- Lungs: clear
- Chest X-ray: normal ( see Figure 1)
- CBC: mild lymphocytosis
- CRP: normal
Management
Outcome
- Marked improvement in cough
- Significant reduction of hoarseness

- Nocturnal worsening
- Post-meal aggravation
