Laser marking on polymer composite surfaces can be difficult to contrast and cause readability problems for electronic decoding equipment on production lines due to poor interaction between the laser and the fibres used to reinforce these materials. This problem can be solved with the right choice of marking parameters, resulting in savings for companies by avoiding production problems such as rejection, scrap and customer complaints. The present work uses the PBT/glass fibre composite used in the manufacture of instrument panels for motorcycles. The tests were carried out with different laser marking parameters using a Nd: YAG laser. Subsequently, the laser-marked DMC codes were analysed using a Verifier to evaluate the quality according to the ISO/IEC 29158:2020 standard. A detailed analysis of these surfaces was also carried out to observe some physical and chemical changes using SEM microscopy and EDS spectroscopy. The optical analysis showed that the lower the radiation power and pulse frequency and the higher the marking speed, the weaker the laser marking and therefore the poorer the DMC code quality, which was confirmed by the SEM. EDS spectroscopy showed that the laser marking process did not affect the chemical changes on the sample surface.

The matrix converter converts the input line voltage into a variable voltage with an unrestricted output frequency without using an intermediate circuit, dc link circuit. A pure sine in and pure sine out is the unique feature of the matrix converter. This research paper also analyzes the basic operating principle and the simulation modeling of the direct matrix converter, which is controlled by the Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation technique by using the software which is known as MATLAB/Simulink. The most desirable features in the power frequency changes can be fulfilled by using the matrix converters, and this is the reason for the tremendous interest in the topology. Since the power electronic circuits which is known as the motor drives are used to operate the AC motors at the frequencies other than that of the supply.

For better export marketing strategies (EMS), companies mobilize their internal resources, which are managerial commitment, firm experience, and product uniqueness. However, Small businesses with constrained resources cannot be well explained with this view. So, more research on how small business come up with EMS have been called for. To explain how resource-restricted firms which rely heavely on entrepreneur, this study adopted the concept of dynamic managerial capabilities (DMCs) and resource versatility to better explain small business exports. We analyzed small businesses in Mongolia with qualitative research methods, including interviews with entrepreneurs and support organizations, site visits, and group discussions. We suggest international dynamic marketing capabilities (IDMCs), which are entrepreneurial orientation, networking capability, and versatile dynamic capability for small business. Theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.
