This study explored drivers’ emotion-based impressions of car-borne central control platforms (CBCCPs) personal-use vehicles. Thus, this preference-based study examined experts’ and drivers’ opinions regarding CBCCPs’ appeal from the perspective of Miryoku engineering. To this end, this study analyzed data via the EGM (evaluation grid method (EGM) and quantification theory type I. Results: Drivers’ preferences for specific CBCCP design characteristics were categorized into the factors “legible,” convenient,” and “tasteful,” which comprised the core of the EGM semantic hierarchical diagram. In addition, the importance of CBCCPs’ appeal factors and characteristics was assessed through quantification theory type I.The findings of this study provide valuable insights for designers, manufacturers, and researchers interested in the design of CBCCPs. Additionally, the results of this study can contribute to research on applied psychology, human-computer interactions, and car interface design.

In the past, the industry only focused on methods to improve power quality such as load capacity, relay setting, and harmonic resolution. Now, the consider of three-phase unbalance rate (TPUR) must be applied. I propose special transformers wiring (STW) to improve the three unbalance rates and provide different transformer wiring methods. According to the IEEE Committee, in the future, power companies will need to install balanced relay stations to improve three-phase unbalance rate. the internal regulations of Taipower must be less than 4.5% (voltage unbalance rate (NPSUR)of 2.5% and motor temperature rise of 12.5%). the derivation of the transformer "three-phase unbalance rate" model is the focus of the railway system. This research is based on the model derivation of different wiring methods to improve the hot problem caused by the three-phase imbalance and improve the service life of the train. And pointed out that Scott, Le-Blanc, Modified-Woodbridge three wiring methods can be applied to future railway system routes to improve the three-phase unbalance rate, in line with the IEEE standard of less than 2%.

It has been proposed that tumourigenicity was an intrinsic feature of embryonic/germ cell developmental axis as well as embryonic/germ cell-related genes play a crucial role in tumourigenicity. Our previous studies indicated that primordial germ cell (PGC)-like potential could be reactivated in tumourigenesis. In this study, 4T1, 168FARN and 67NR cells which originated from the same mouse breast cancer were studied and the results indicated that the acquisition of embryonic/germ cell-like state is essential for tumourigenicity. We further demonstrated that somatic to PGC-like transformation (SPLT) was activated in 4T1 cells and that inhibition of PGC-like cell formation by depleting pluripotency and/or PGC specification-related genes markedly repressed SPLT and the tumourigenicity. Collectively, our findings reveal that tumourigenicity is linked to the acquisition of PGC-like state through SPLT in 4T1 cells, provide new insight into deeper understanding the biological nature of tumours and novel therapeutical strategies for cancer targeting.

Previous studies have revealed the microbial metabolism of dietary choline in the gut, leading to its conversion into trimethylamine (TMA), a precursor of the cardiovascular inflammatory marker trimethylamine N-oxide (TMAO). Polymethoxyflavones (PMFs), exemplified by tangeretin, demonstrate efficacy in mitigating TMAO-induced cardiovascular inflammation. However, the specific mechanism by which these compounds exert their effects, particularly in modulating the gut microbiota, remains uncertain. This investigation focused on tangeretin, a representative PMFs, exploring its influence on the gut microbiota and the choline-TMA conversion process. Experimental results showed that tangeretin treatment attenuated the population of CutC-active bacteria, specifically Clostridiaceae and Lactobacillus, induced by choline chloride in rat models. This inhibition resulted in reduced efficiency in choline conversion to TMA, thereby ameliorating cardiovascular inflammation resulting from prolonged choline consumption. In conclusion, tangeretin's preventive action against cardiovascular inflammation is intricately linked to its targeted modulation of TMA-producing bacterial activity.
