Abstract
Adapting to evolving resource landscapes, nonprofit organizations increasingly embrace hybrid models to ensure sustainability and impact. This paper investigates the leadership and strategic innovations driving traditional nonprofits to evolve into market-engaged social ventures. Through indepth qualitative analysis of organizational transformations, we identify pivotal entrepreneurial practices that foster commercial viability, professionalize operations, and legitimize a blended socio-economic mission. Our findings offer a practical framework for nonprofit leaders navigating organizational redesign and fostering sustainable social entrepreneurship.
