: Digital communication is becoming an integral component of contemporary society and the use of mobile devices is increasing faster than ever. The function of message communication is becoming more popular as for mobile phone users, a short messaging service (SMS) requires an extremely high level of security. Any SMS that enters a person's smartphone must be considered a private affair, with privacy and security safeguarded. This research study found a novel Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) Cryptography method that uses a dynamic DNA sequence table to increase security. Cryptography is a popular approach for ensuring the confidentiality of a message. This paper proposed an Efficient Cryptographic Scheme for SMS (ECSS) algorithm to protect texts received from an Android smartphone. ECSS-based encryption has been identified as a novel method of securing information in the form of DNA molecules that employ DNA strands to conceal the information. This Paper provides the DNA cryptography approach for encrypting and decrypting plain texts in this work. The primary goal of ECSS cryptography is to guarantee secrecy when people transfer data across a network. This paper examines DNA Crypto, the distinction between classical cryptography and DNA Data encryption. An Android-based app is created to perform the proposed technique and the results show that the algorithms produce a consistent encryption result in which the length of the message before encryption is always the same as the length of the message after decryption. The suggested security solution has the potential to greatly improve the security of mobile communication. This Paper also provides experimental results for our chat application performance, such as received text message correctness, cipher text, average encryption time and average decryption time. According to the findings/results of this study, the speed of average encryption and decryption of the description is roughly 0.011 and 0.037 sec and prevents plaintext and dictionary attacks.

Metal nanoframes have gained tremendous attention in the domain of modern research and development due to their distinctive 3D spatial structure, efficient physiochemical properties, and comparatively good activity. Different strategies have been implicated by the researchers to design nano frame of varying chemical nature and shapes. Most of the synthetic protocols being adopted to design a nano framee, mainly consist of two main steps, nucleation and growth of solid particles and secondly excavation of the interiors. In this context, many synthetic methods are overviewed. To show their unprecedented performance or activity, a few applications in catalytic, biomedical, theranostic, SERS, sensing of different materials, reduction of CO2, etc are also discussed.

Yeast extract is widely used in different food industries as a flavoring agent or vitamin supplement. In this study, a process was optimized for the production of yeast extract from Baker’s yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). A glass vessel stirred fermenter was used for the cultivation of yeast biomass. The effect of various physical and chemical factors was evaluated on the production of yeast cells and optimum conditions for the production of maximum yeast biomass were determined. The optimum growth was obtained at 30ºC with pH 4.5 using molasses as a substrate supplemented with urea at 150rpm. Yeast cells were then separated by centrifugation and ruptured and autolysis was observed to be the most feasible method. Among various method employed to dry the yeast extract, spray dryer appeared as most efficient one. Yeast extract obtained after drying was subjected to different analyses and compared with commercial yeast extract. The produced yeast extract was applied in media preparation to grow different microorganisms including yeast, bacteria and fungi and considerable growth was observed. These results indicated that the developed process is a cost effective alternate approach for the production of yeast extract.

This review focuses on the therapeutic effects of metallic ions when released in physiological environments. Recent studies have shown that metallic ions like Ag+, Sr2+, Mg2+, Mn2+, Cu2+, Ca2+, P+5, etc., have shown promising results in drug delivery systems and regenerative medicine. These metallic ions can be loaded in nanoparticles, mesoporous bioactive glass nanoparticles (MBGNs), hydroxyapatite (HA), calcium phosphates, polymeric coatings, and salt solutions. The metallic ions can exhibit different functions in the physiological environment such as antibacterial, antiviral, anti-cancer, bioactive, biocompatible, and angiogenic effect. Furthermore, the metallic ions can be loaded in scaffolds to improve osteoblast proliferation, differentiation, bone development, fibroblast growth, and improved wound healing efficacy. Moreover, different metallic ions possess different therapeutic limits. Therefore, further mechanisms need to be developed for the highly controlled and sustained release of these ions. This review paper summarizes the recent progress in the use of metallic ions in regenerative medicine and encourages further study of metallic ions as a solution to cure diseases.

Agriculture sector is the backbone of developing countries for their economy. Growing world’s population is putting more pressure on agriculture sector and there is a need to develop new technology to address the crises of food safety and food shortage. Today’s agriculture has been entered in a new era where nanotechnology works as a technological advancement regarding entire agriculture crops, and food sector revolution, even though, it has prodigious applications in food production, food processing, food packaging, food storage and economic growth of industries. Moreover, nanotechnology is the best solution to solve problems related to better food and agriculture. Likewise, biotechnology, nanotechnology also raised high concerns upon safety on biodiversity, health and environment. Nanotechnology is providing efficient alternatives to increase the crop production by managing the insect/pests in agriculture in an eco-friendly manner. It also promotes plant efficiency to absorb nutrients. However, the concerns are very high regarding regulation, safety and approval of nanotechnology products by risk assessment authorities. The suggested review includes stupendous applications of nanotechnology in food and agriculture sector along with its prospective merits and associated risks.
