Reasonable trajectory planning is the precondition for the parafoil airdrop system to achieve autonomous accurate homing and safe landing. In order to successfully realize the self-homing of the parafoil airdrop system, a new trajectory optimization design scheme is proposed in this paper. The scheme is based on the parafoil's unique flight and control characteristics and adopts a segmented homing design. Compared with the current common trajectory design method, its core feature is to avoid the problem that the straight-line flight distance before landing is limited by the radius of the height-reducing area and ensure landing accuracy and safety. Firstly, the different starting states of the parafoil airdrop system and the landing requirements were comprehensively considered, and the homing trajectory is reasonably segmented. Based on the requirements of energy control, stable flight, and landing accuracy, the optimal objective function of the trajectory was established, and the trajectory parameters, calculation methods, and constraints were given. Secondly, the cuckoo search algorithm was applied to optimize the objective function to obtain the final home trajectory. Finally, the trajectory planning under different airdrop conditions was simulated and verified. The results showed that the planned trajectories could reach the target point accurately and meet the flight direction requirements, proving the proposed scheme's correctness and feasibility.

As an implementation of inverse Radon transform, the Second-order Divided-difference Back Projection (SDBP) technique has been proposed in this paper, by which the accurate CT reconstruction can be theoretically realized. A computational model for CT reconstruction filter expressions has been derived on the basis of SDBP technique. The method reveals the correlation between the convolution kernel for data restoration and the filter expression. By substituting kernel functions into the computational model, the amplitude sequences of a variety of filters can be calculated. On the proposed filter construction method, the decomposition form of filters has been discovered, where a series of basic filters have been acquired. The properties of any filter depend on the decomposed basic filters. Basic filters can be used to compose filters in actual needs.

A typical solid-state quantum sensor can be developed based on negatively charged nitrogen-vacancy (NV-) centers in diamond. The electron spin state of NV- can be controlled and read at room temperature. Through optical detection magnetic resonance (ODMR) technology, temperature measurement inside living cells can be achieved at the nanoscale. The key to ODMR technology is to apply microwave resonance to manipulate the electron spin state of NV-. Therefore, the microwave field characteristics formed near the NV- have a crucial impact on the sensitivity of ODMR measurement. This article mainly focuses on the temperature situation in cellular applications, and simulates the influence of structural parameters of double open loop resonant (DOLR) microwave antennas and broadband large-area (BLA) microwave antennas on the microwave field’s resonance frequency, quality factor Q, magnetic field strength, uniformity, etc. The parameters are optimized to have sufficient bandwidth, high signal-to-noise ratio, low power loss, and high magnetic field strength in the temperature range of 36 ℃ to 42.5 ℃. Finally, the ODMR spectra are used for effect comparison, and the signal-to-noise ratio and Q values of the ODMR spectra are compared when using different antennas. We have provided an optimization method for the design of microwave antennas and it is concluded that the DOLR microwave antenna is more suitable for living cell temperature measurement in our study.
