Nonlinear thermal transport of non-Newtonian polymer flows is an increasingly important area in materials engineering. Motivated by new developments in this area which entail more re-fined and mathematical frameworks, the present analysis investigates the boundary layer ap-proximation and heat transfer persuaded by a symmetrical cylindrical surface positioned hori-zontally. To simulate thermal relaxation impacts the bioconvection cross nanofluid flow Buongiorno model is deployed. The impact of the magnetic field applied on the nanofluid using the heat generation and melting phenomena are inspected. The nonlinear effect of thermosolutal buoyant forces is incorporated into the proposed model. The novel mathematical equations comprise thermophoresis and Brownian diffusion effects. This study presents the numerical investigation of bioconvective nanofluid (NF) flow compris-ing gyrotactic microorganisms through convective boundary conditions (CBC) enclosing heat and mass transmission analysis above an inclined extending cylinder. Via appropriate transfor-mation, the set of Partial Differential Equations is transformed into a scheme of nonlinear ODEs. A new set of variables are presented in the directive to get the first-order convectional equations and, then solved numerically by using bvp4c. The influence of several factors on velocity, ener-gy, concentration, and the density of motile microorganisms (DMM) is investigated and exam-ined. The analysis describes and addresses all physical measures of concentration such as Skin Friction (SF), Sherwood number (SN), DMM, and Nusselt number (NN). The present conse-quences display a validation with published. For confirmation of bvp4c, the ND-solve approach is also applied. Error analysis is also examined for the confirmation of the mathematical model.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a high contagious respiratory infectious disease that has afiected millions of people worldwide. Initially, basic public health measures were implemented to control specially the spread of such virus. However, vaccination has emerged as a highly efiective strategy in combating COVID-19 and reducing its transmission. Several efiective and safe vaccines have been approved to prevent the inadvertent spread of the disease. In this study, a modeling approach is used to analyze the impact of these vaccines on the dynamics of COVID-19. By applying a higher-order numerical method, the model is solved based on reported cases in Pakistan. A spectral method is employed for the numerical solution, and the model is simulated to assess the efiects of vaccination. The Next-generation method is used to calculate the threshold quantity, known as R0, which indicates the potential for disease transmission. The study also includes a detailed stability analysis, examining the invariance properties of the model solution and discussing equilibrium points and their stability in disease-free and endemic states. Furthermore, the study presents graphical representations of the influence of special parameters on the dynamics of the pandemic.
