Abstract
All reports containing original data in JAMA journals must include a statement that at least one author "had full access to all the data in the study and takes responsibility for the integrity of the data and the accuracy of the data analysis." Similar attestations are required by many other journals. Over the past several years, a rapidly increasing number of articles have been published, including many (up to 100) in the JAMA family of journals [1], for which this statement is false (yet still made). These studies use the TriNetX platform, a point-and-click dashboard on which users can create cohorts and run a limited selection of analyses.
