- Patients who underwent unilateral maxillectomy for benign or malignant pathology.
- Reconstruction using either fibula free flap or obturator rehabilitation.
- Minimum follow-up period of 6 months.
2.2. Exclusion Criteria
- Maxillectomy with orbital exenteration.
- Bilateral maxillectomies.
- Incomplete medical records.
- Reconstruction using other modalities.
- Group A: FFF reconstruction (n = 10)
- Group B: Obturator rehabilitation (n = 20)
