- There is strong electromagnetic noise in the high-voltage equipment area, which produces interference at the input end;

- The actual operational amplifier has input offset voltage Vos, input bias current Ib, input offset current Ios, which produce an undesired DC component at the output end, causing a non-negligible influence on the DC measurement signal.
