It encompasses various capabilities, including flexibility, agility, and robustness, enabling organizations to maintain continuity and swiftly return to their original or even improved states post-disruption (Pettit et al., 2013). In this context, Information Systems (IS) have emerged as critical enablers of supply chain resilience. By facilitating real-time information sharing, enhancing visibility, and improving decision-making processes, IS empower organizations to respond more effectively to disruptions (Reynolds, 2023). The role of IS in supply chain resilience is multifaceted. Firstly, IS enhance supply chain visibility by providing real-time data on inventory levels, production schedules, and shipment statuses. 3. Research Methodology

The integration of advanced technologies provides organizations with the tools to monitor, anticipate, and respond to challenges effectively, ensuring continuity and minimizing the impact of disruptions. Collaboration facilitated by information systems strengthens relationships across the supply chain, creating a foundation of trust and collective problem-solving that is crucial in times of crisis.
