4. Results and Findings

Firstly, building trust emerged as a foundational element in effective supplier relationship management. Trust was cultivated through transparent communication, consistent performance evaluation, and mutual respect for contractual obligations. Communication practices were identified as critical determinants of relationship quality and risk management effectiveness. Clear and frequent communication channels were essential for sharing information, addressing issues promptly, and aligning strategic goals.
