- Observations: Observations were conducted by the researcher (Munn et al., 2018). The observer’s role was to gather qualitative data by closely examining and documenting specific aspects (Smit & Onwuegbuzie, (2018) related to the strategic planning process at the College of Arts and Sciences.

During this phase, the researcher organized the codes into meaningful clusters and explored potential relationships between them.

This iterative process involved revisiting the data, revising codes and themes, and ensuring that the themes accurately represented the data and research questions (Lin, 2018).
