Abstract
In standard construction of hyperrational numbers using ultra-power we assume that the ultra lter is selective. It makes possible toassign real value to any nite hyperrational number. So, we can consider hyperrational numbers with selective ultra lter as extension of traditional real numbers. Also proved the existence of strictly monotonic or stationary representing sequence for any hyperrational number.
