Introduction: Perawat is very at risk of burnout due to high workload and increased work stress. Many factorsrelated to work and outside of work that cause burnout so it needs attention from professionals to reduce the effects of burnout among nursing staff. This literature aims toanalyze the application of caring, a strategy to reduce burnout in nurses. Methode: Conducting a literature review of journals using Three academic databases (Science Direct, PubMed, ProQuest and Google Scholar), Inclusion criteria in literature studies are: English articles, research on nurses on caring and burnout, publish in 2017-2022, with mix methode/quasi experiment design and cross secsional. Keywords used Caring AND Burnout AND Nurses. Instrument: Guide in reviewing journals using PRISMA. Result and Analysis: Nineteen study literature meets the criteria for inclusion in the review. The participants were nurses at various hospitals. The results of several articles show the impact of caring application on nurse burnout. Deliver burnout by building a conducive work environment, reducing workload, rewards and management support. Analysis shows association of caring application to decreased burnout incidence in female nursesDiscussion and Conclusion: There needs to be organizational support to overcome burnout. Organizational support will reduce job dissatisfaction and absenteeism . Areas of work life are predictors of work fatigue. Improving the work environment is a solution for hospitals that want to simultaneously reduce nurse fatigue and increase the satisfaction of nurses and patients in providing safe and high-quality care. Caring aspects must be applied in the self-development of nurses to improve the work environment

Background Pregnancy is a process of maturity for women that requires adaptation to the changes in their new roles. Adjustment to a new role is not easy, especially if the pregnancy is accompanied by risks, so it is necessary to get treatment to minimize complications. Dyad models that optimize husband or family support are very important to prevent the risk of complications and adapt mothers to their new roles. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the dyad model on high-risk pregnancies. The method used with a literature review is through the collection of articles from Scopus, ebsco, ProQuest and PubMed. The results obtained were articles from Scopus 9, Ebsco 107, PubMed 214 and ProQuest 85 which carried out identification, screening and eligibility for 25 articles. Overall results mention. Journals are categorized into 4 groups, Dyad Model and social support, high-risk pregnancy, maternal role and Self Efficacy. Conclusion, there is an effect of the dyad model on care for high-risk pregnancies.

Caregiving thinking is the ability to make connections between thought and emotion and encourages man to build a system of reflective value to judge matters compassionately and lovingly. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the components of caring thinking in Persian books in the first year of secondary education. This research is a descriptive and content analysis using the Shannon Entropy method. The sources analyzed are three volumes of the textbook of the first year of high school in 2021-2022. The research tool is a content analysis checklist according to the components of caring thinking, the validity of which was verified by Five experts in education. According to the analysis of the content of the book under study, it can be stated that in the Persian textbooks of the first year of high school, the critical factor of the component of normative thinking (0.2051), the component of appreciative thinking (0.2043), the component of active thinking (0.2020), Was the component of empathetic thinking (0.1957) and the component of affective thinking (0.1929). Therefore, the coefficient of the importance of the components of caring thinking in the Persian books of the first year of high school is not the same, and balance is not observed in regulating the content of these books. Considering the vital role of caring thinking in students' lives, it is suggested that the authors of textbooks pay attention to this crucial issue while reviewing the content of Persian books in the first year of high school.

Abstract: Introduction: Nurses, at the forefront of the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, have a significant responsibility. Thus, it is substantial to examine the factors behind the job stress, job satisfaction, and the care nurses provide in this process. To examine the correlation between nurses' job stress, satisfaction, and caring behavior perceptions during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: A descriptive and correlational study. It was conducted with 261 nurses working in a hospital between 2020-2021. Introductory information form, Job Satisfaction Scale for Nurses, Swedish Demand-Control-Support Questionnaire (Job Stress Scale) and Caring Behaviors Inventory-24 were used as data collection tools. Factors behind the perception of caring behaviors were analyzed by linear regression analysis. Results: Caring behavior was found negatively correlated with job stress and positively correlates with job satisfaction. The regression analysis showed that the evaluation of the pre-pandemic work environment and the sub-dimensions of the scales, job control, support from superiors, and perceived significance in the workplace affected the caring behavior. Conclusion: The nurses have low job stress, high job satisfaction, and a high perception of caring behavior in the fight against Covid-19.

The personalist ethics of Edith Stein and her feminist thought are intrinsically interrelated. This unique connection constitutes perhaps the main novelty of Stein’s ethical thought that makes her a forerunner of some recent developments in feminist ethics, particularly ethics of care. A few scholars noticed the resemblance between Stein’s feminist personalism and care ethics, yet none of them have properly explored it. This paper offers an in-depth discussion of the overlaps and differences between Stein’s ethical insights and the core ideas of care ethics. It argues that both Stein and care ethicists relocate a certain set of practices, values and attitudes from the periphery to the center of ethical reflection. This includes relationality, emotionality and care. The paper finally argues that it is plausible and fruitful to read Stein’s advocacy of ‘woman’s values and attitudes’ in a critical feminist way, rather than as an instance of essentialist difference feminism.

The Covid-19 pandemic is a tragedy for those who have been hard hit worldwide. At the same time, it is also a test of concepts and practices of what good care is and requires, and how quality of care can be accounted for. In this paper, we present our Care-Ethical Model of Quality (CEMQ) and apply it to the case of residential care for older people in the Netherlands during the Covid-19 pandemic. Instead of thinking about care in healthcare and social welfare as a set of separate care acts, we think about care as a complex practice of relational caring, crossed by other practices. Instead of thinking about professional caregivers as functionaries obeying external rules, we think about them as practically wise professionals. Instead of thinking about developing external quality criteria and systems, we think about cultivating (self-)reflective quality awareness. Instead of abstracting from societal forces that make care possible but also limit it, we acknowledge them and find ways to deal with them. Based on these critical insights, the CEMQ model can be helpful to describe, interrogate, evaluate, and improve existing care practices. It has four entries: (i) the care receiver considered from their humanness, (ii) the caregiver considered from their solicitude, (iii) the care facility considered from its habitability and (iv) the societal, institutional and scholarly context considered from the perspective of the good life, justice and decency. The crux is enabling all these different entries with all their different aspects to be taken into account. In Corona times this turns out to be more crucial than ever.
