Photocatalytic technology based on specific band structure of semiconductors offers a promising way to solve the urgent energy and environmental issues in modern society. In particular, hydrogen production from water splitting over semiconductor photocatalysts attracts great attention owing to the clean source and application of energy, which highly depends on the performance of photocatalysts. Among the various photocatalysts, TiO2 has been intensively investigated and used extensively due to its outstanding photocatalytic activity, high chemical stability, non-toxicity and low cost. However, pure TiO2 has a wide band gap of approximately 3.2 eV, which limits its photocatalytic activity for water splitting to generate hydrogen only under ultraviolet light, excluding most of the inexhaustible sunlight for human beings. Fortunately, the band gap of semiconductors can be manipulated, in which introducing oxygen defects is one of the most effective measures to narrow the band gap of titanium oxides. This review starts out by the fundamentals of photocatalytic water splitting for hydrogen production over TiO2, discusses the latest progress in this field, and summarizes the various methods and strategies to induce oxygen defects in TiO2 crystals. Then, the next section outlines the modification approaches of oxygen-deficient titanium oxide (TiO2-δ) to further improve its photocatalytic performance. Finally, a brief summary and outlook of the researches on TiO2-δ photocatalysts for water splitting to produce hydrogen were presented.

Based on the two-node Euler-Bernoulli beam, the tower system is discretized by finite element method, and the cubic Hermite polynomial is taken as the shape function of the beam element, and the structural characteristic matrix of the tower system is calculated, and the wind turbine-nacelle-tower multi-degree of freedom is established Finite element numerical model. The aerodynamic load calculation formula for any nacelle attitude angle is deduced. The influence of the vibration feedback of the flexible tower on the aerodynamic load of the wind turbine is studied. The results show that when the rigidity of the tower is large, the impact of tower vibration feedback on the aeroelastic load of the wind turbine is small. For a tower system with greater flexibility, the time-varying feedback of wind-induced vibration will cause greater aeroelastic load changes, especially the overturning moment of the tower top, which will cause a greater impact on the dynamic behavior of the tower in the downwind and crosswind directions. As the flexibility of the tower system increases, the interaction between tower vibration and aerodynamic load is gradually increasing. Taking the impact of the flexible tower on the aeroelastic load of the wind turbine into account, on the one hand, helps to predict the wind more accurately. The aerodynamic load of the wind turbine improves the efficiency of wind energy utilization. On the other hand, it can more accurately analyze the dynamic behavior of the flexible structure of the wind turbine, which is extremely beneficial to the structural optimization design of the wind turbine.

Objective: To explore the application effect of predictive psychological nursing in the nursing of outpatients with indwelling needle intravenous infusion .Methods: Select 80 patients who received intravenous indwelling needle infusion therapy in the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 as the research objects , and divided them into observation group and experimental group according to the different nursing plans received by the patients . 40 cases in each group. The observation group received routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group received predictive psychological nursing intervention. The puncture situation, psychological state level, self-care ability, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients .Results: The puncture success rate of the observation group was 72.5% (29/40), and that of the experimental group was 95.0% (38/40). The puncture success rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the observation group (P<0.05) ; The SAS scores and SDS scores of the treatment group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the observation group (all, P<0.05) ; the self-care skills, self-concept, self-responsibility, health knowledge and ESCA total scores of the experimental group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the observation group. group (all, P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 25.0% (10/40), the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 7.5% (3/40), and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the observation group group (P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 80.0% (32/40), and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 100.0% (40/40), and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the observation group (P<0.05 ).Conclusion: The application effect of the predictive psychological nursing intervention model in the outpatient department for intravenous indwelling needle infusion therapy is significant. The implementation of this model can effectively improve the success rate of puncture, improve the patient's psychological state, improve the self-care ability of patients, and reduce the adverse effects of patients. Risk of reaction, so as to further obtain the satisfaction and recognition of patients and their families.

Wild Chinese prickly ash with elevated antioxidants is a valuable genetic resource for Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim improvement. There are rich wild germplasm resources in the Qinling Mountains. In a study with wild germplasm resources from different altitudes and six cultivated varieties, the phenolic and flavonoid compounds were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The chromatograms of them were basically the same, although their chemical composition content was greatly different. The thirty samples were divided into three categories through the hierarchical clustering analysis. And catechin, hyperoside and quercitrin were considered to be key compound for the quality evaluation, by contrast, the wild samples with an altitude of 2300±50 m (Ⅳ group) had the highest content of key compounds, and showed stronger antioxidant activity and antibacterial ability, indicating that these wild samples could be used as an excellent breeding resource. This is the first time to evaluate the quality of wild Chinese prickly ash in different altitude areas of Qinling Mountains. These excellent wild germplasm resources provided substantial potential accessions for use directly in Chinese prickly ash breeding programs.

Objective: Pancreatic carcinoma (PANC) is one of the important aggressive cancers, with deficiency in effective therapeutics. Studies have unveiled that miR-139-5p expression is significantly downregulated in other types of cancers. However, the functions and mechanisms of miR-139-5p in PANC remain unclear. Methods: Bioinformatic analysis was performed to analyze the differentially expressed genes in the TCGA database. PANC cell line with overexpressed miR-139-5p and Solute Carrier Family 7, Member 11 (SLC7A11) was established, and has been used to detect cell proliferation, migration, invasion and colony formation in PANC. Subsequently, bioinformatic analysis and luciferase assay were performed to confirm that SLC7A11 was a target gene of miR-139-5p. Xenograft mouse model was used to investigate the role of miR-139-5p in PANC tumorigenicity. Results: Through bioinformatic analysis, miR-139-5p was predicted to regulate phosphatidylinositol signaling pathway by targeting SLC7A11. MiR-139-5p was found to be lowly expressed in PANC tissues, while SLC7A11 was highly expressed. Low expression of miR-139-5p and high expression of SLC7A11 were positively associated with poor clinical outcomes. PANC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion could be inhibited by miR-139-5p overexpression and could be promoted by SLC7A11 overexpression. MiR-139-5p could regulate the protein expression level of PI3K and Akt associated with phosphatidylinositol signaling pathway could be by inhibiting the expression of SLC7A11. MiR-139-5p overexpression could suppress PANC tumor growth and the expression of SLC7A11, p-PI3K, p-Akt in tumor tissues. Therefore, the inhibiting effect of miR-139-5p to PANC cell proliferation, invasion and migration, at least, was partly due to its inhibiting effect on SLC7A11 expression. Conclusion: These results demonstrated a novel role of miR-139-5p/SLC7A11 in PANC and provided potential prognostic predictors for PANC patients.

Psoriasis is a chronic, multisystem, inflammatory disease. The typical clinical cutaneous manifestation of psoriasis is scaly erythema or plaque, limited or widely distributed. However, psoriasis is far beyond the skin involvement and provides many challenges, including associated comorbidities. In this review, we classify psoriasis as cutaneous and systemic psoriasis, according to the clinical diversity and associated comorbid diseases, and recommend classification criteria for psoriasis. The key objective of this novel classification is to raise awareness of the complexity of this multifaceted disease and help to better understand and manage this complex disease comprehensively.

Hydrogel antibacterial agent is an ideal antibacterial material because of it could diffuses antibacterial molecules into the decayed area by providing a suitable microenvironment and the hydrogel acts as a protective barrier on the decay interface. The biocompatibility and biodegradation make the removal process easily which were widely used in medical fields. However, there have been few reports on its application for controlling postharvest diseases in fruit. In this study, the Chitosan-Ag (CS-Ag) complex hydrogels were prepared using the physical crosslinking method, which used for controlling postharvest diseases in grape. The prepared hydrogels were stable for a long period at room temperature. The structure and surface morphology of CS-Ag composite hydrogels were characterized by UV-Vis, FTIR, SEM, and XRD. The inhibitory effects of CS-Ag hydrogel on disease in grape caused by P. expansum, A. niger and B. cinerea were investigated both in vivo and in vitro. The remarkable antibacterial activity of CS-Ag hydrogels was mainly due to the synergistic antibacterial and antioxidant effects of CS and Ag. Preservation test showed that the CS-Ag hydrogel had positive fresh-keeping effect. This revealed CS-Ag hydrogels plays a critical role in controlling fungal disease in grape.

The spread of 2019 novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) throughout the world has been a severe challenge for public health. The human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) has a remarkably high affinity binding to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). By the search for network database and re-analysis of pubic data, we found the level of ACE2 expression in adipose tissue was higher than that in lung tissue, which indicated the adipose tissue might be vulnerable to SARS-CoV-2 as well; the levels of ACE2 expressed by adipocytes and adipose progenitor cells were similar between non-obese individuals and obese individuals, but obese individuals have more adiposes so as to increase the number of ACE2-expressing cells; the expression of ACE2 in tumor tissues posed by five different types of cancers increased significantly compared with that in adjacent tissues. Thus, we suggest that more attentions might be given to obese individuals and the five types of cancer patients during the outbreak of COVID-19.

When extract building from high resolution remote sensing image with meter/sub-meter accuracy, the shade of trees and interference of roads are the main factors of reducing the extraction accuracy. Proposed a Bayesian Convolutional Neural Networks(BCNET) model base on standard fully convolutional networks(FCN) to solve these problems. First take building with no shade or artificial removal of shade as Sample-A, woodland as Sample-B, road as Sample-C. Set up 3 sample libraries. Learn these sample libraries respectively, get their own set of feature vector; Mixture Gauss model these feature vector set, evaluate the conditional probability density function of mixture of noise object and roofs; Improve the standard FCN from the 2 aspect:(1) Introduce atrous convolution. (2) Take conditional probability density function as the activation function of the last convolution. Carry out experiment using unmanned aerial vehicle(UVA) image, the results show that BCNET model can effectively eliminate the influence of trees and roads, the building extraction accuracy can reach 97%.

Early stable deep molecular response (DMR) of nilotinib is associated with goal of treatment-free remission (TFR) for patients with chronic-phase chronic myeloid leukemia (CML-CP). It is significant to early distinguish patients who can obtain DMR and fit for TFR. We performed a multicenter study to explore early cumulative MR4.5 rate by 18 months with nilotinib in patients with newly diagnosed CML-CP (ND-CML-CP) in China. From 29 institutes, 106 ND-CML-CP patients received nilotinib (300mg BID). The cumulative MR4.5 rate of nilotinib by 18 months was 69.8% (74/106). The cumulative MMR and MR4.0 rates of nilotinib by 18 months were 94.3% (100/106) and 84.9% (90/106), respectively. Patients with ultra-early molecular response (u-EMR) at 6 weeks were not significantly different to obtain DMR or MMR by 24 months compared to those without u-EMR (P=0.7584, P=0.9543, respectively). Our study demonstrated that treatment with nilotinib in patients with ND-CML-CP contributed to obtain high early MR4.5.
