Preprints.org is hosting a webinar scheduled for October 13, 2025, just ahead of the International Open Access Week (October 20–26, 2025). This webinar will bring together experts to explore how we can make knowledge-sharing more equitable and impactful.
In the Open Science community, “having a voice” is more than just being heard. It is about participating meaningfully in the production, sharing, and evolution of knowledge. The principles of Open Access promise to remove barriers and foster collaboration, yet the reality often shows uneven influence. Authors, readers, institutions, and even platforms themselves do not always have the same level of visibility or power in shaping research conversations.
