Preprints.org Webinar | Toward a Faster and Open Future of Sharing: Lowering the Cost of Knowledge, October 29 2026

What does it cost when research waits to be shared? The effects of delaying can go beyond just time cost. It could also incur societal and personal cost, such as slow scientific progress and limited opportunities for collaboration. This year’s International Open Access Week theme “Cost of Knowledge” brings the attention to these often-overlooked costs.

In support of this initiative, we invite you to join a live webinar exploring the costs of delays in knowledge sharing and how preprints and open science practices can help reduce them.
