In the digital era, the rapid acceleration of change necessitates that organizations cultivate adaptability as a core capability. To maintain a competitive edge, businesses must develop agile structures that facilitate continuous learning, foster innovation, and enable dynamic responses to shifting market conditions. Digital transformation and globalization have intensified the need for leveraging data, automation, and advanced analytics as strategic assets, reinforcing information’s central role in the knowledge economy. This study advances research on knowledge transfer by investigating the critical factors influencing the dissemination of managerial know-how within organizations. Utilizing the DEMATEL (Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) method, the research systematically maps the causal relationships between key enablers and constraints, offering a more nuanced understanding of how managerial knowledge flows in technology-driven business environments.
