Abstract
This paper presents a prototype of a smart security system for residential complexes that integrates real-time facial recognition, aggressive body language analysis, and weapon detection. Its service architecture utilizes a backend featuring hybrid persistence (PostgreSQL, pgvector, and MinIO) alongside WebSockets for immediate alert dissemination. A centralized rules engine correlates detections from individual modules (faces, poses, and YOLO models) into actionable incidents, thereby optimizing response capability and residential surveillance.
