Abstract
Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is a potentially curative treatment for hematological malignancies but is associated with severe neurological complications. Although cerebrovascular events are relatively uncommon after allo-HSCT, with reported rates of 2–8%, they are difficult to manage and may substantially increase mortality. Their epidemiology, timing, risk factors, and influence on transplantation outcomes remain insufficiently characterized. This study aimed to assess the impact of post-transplant stroke on transplantation outcomes in patients with hematological malignancies.
