Abstract
Modern nutritional science, aims to provide information reffering to mechanisms of production of specific food components, and their implications on human body. In respect of daily diet, for diseases prevention and for health promotion, of nutritional biotechnologies play a great role For the purpose of healthy and safety food production in diet, recent discoveries in gene science are making it possible to manipulate the components in preparing foods, using also nanotechnology methods. This research direcyin is important for applicability in medical practice, for diseases prevention.
