In recent years, the emergence of spatiotemporal big data has made the transition of functional identification from the physical dimension to socioeconomic or human activities becoming more common. In the identification of urban functional areas, most studies considered only a single data source and a single division scale, the research results have problems such as low update frequency or incomplete information in a single data set, and overfitting or underfitting in a single spatial resolution. Using taxi trajectory data and point of interest (POI) data as the main data source, this study proposes a multi-scale recursive identification method for urban functional areas based on cross-validation. First, used the dynamic time warping (DTW) algorithm generates a time series similarity matrix, the CA-RFM model combines the clustering algorithm and random forest model is constructed, the model uses a clustering algorithm (K-MEDOIDS) to extract sig-nificant feature regions as input, which are imported into the random forest model for UFZ identification. Then, to overcome the shortcomings of single scale in expressing urban structural characteristics, a recursive model of different levels of urban road networks is established to classify multi-scale functional areas. Finally, cross-validation using the CA-RFM model and POI quantitative identification method, obtains the final identification results of urban functional areas. This paper selects Shenzhen as the study area for the case study, the results show that the com-bination of clustering algorithm and random forest model greatly reduces the error of manual selection of training samples. In addition, the research shows the superiority of the multi-scale recursive identification method that fuses multi-source data and performs cross-validation from two aspects, that is, the division speed of urban functional area identification results is accelerated and the accuracy is improved.

For planetary gear has the characteristics of small volume, light weight and large transmission ratio, it is widely used in high speed and high power mechanical system. Poor working conditions result in frequent failures of planetary gear. A method is proposed for diagnosing faults in planetary gear based on permutation entropy of Complete Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition with Adaptive Noise (CEEMDAN) Adaptive Neuro-fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) in this paper. The original signal is decomposed into 6 intrinsic mode functions (IMF) and residual components by CEEMDAN. Since the IMF contains the main characteristic information of planetary gear faults, time complexity of IMFs are reflected by permutation entropies to quantify the fault features. The permutation entropies of each IMF component are defined as the input of ANFIS, and its parameters and membership functions are adaptively adjusted according to training samples. Finally, the fuzzy inference rules are determined, and the optimal ANFIS is obtained. The overall recognition rate of the test sample used for ANFIS is 90.75%, and the recognition rate of gear with one missing tooth is relatively high. The recognition rates of different fault gears based on the method can also achieve better results. Therefore, the proposed method can be applied to planetary gear fault diagnosis effectively.

CO2 is widely used in the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion. In this manuscript, three low-rank coals with different metamorphic degrees were selected as the research objects. The temperature-programmed experiments, in-situ infrared cooling experiments, simulation of competitive adsorption of CO2 and O2 in coal pores, and simulation study of CO2 inhibition of coal oxygen composite reaction were used to obtain the role and effect of CO2 in preventing oxygen adsorption in coal at low-temperature oxidation stage. It is concluded that CO2 can displace the O2 near the pore wall to physically prevent the adsorption of O2. Through the change law of heating rate and kinetic analysis, it is found that CO2 can increase its activation energy by 5.3%-108.3% during the slow heating stage of coal, and reduce its heating rate. At around 120°C, coal loses the protective effect of CO2. From the changes of functional groups, it can be seen that when coal is cooled in CO2 atmosphere, mainly pyrolysis and condensation reactions occur due to the lack of O2. In addition, CO2 can also inhibit the chain reaction of coal's chemical adsorption of oxygen. This work provides a theoretical basis for CO2 prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion.

There is a current pandemic of a new type of coronavirus, the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The number of confirmed infected cases has been rapidly increasing. This paper analyzes the characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 in comparison with Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (SARS-CoV), Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-CoV) and influenza. COVID-19 is similar to the diseases caused by SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV virologically and etiologically, but closer to influenza in epidemiology and virulence. The comparison provides a new perspective for the future of the disease control, and offers some ideas in the prevention and control management strategy. The large number of infectious people from the origin, and the highly infectious and occult nature have been two major problems, making the virus difficult to eradicate. We thus need to contemplate the possibility of long-term co-existence with COVID-19.

Non-union is one of the severe complications of traumatic fracture and still no standard therapeutic recommendations currently. A total of eleven patients were treated on the lesions for non-union, after the failure of open reduction internal fixation (ORIF) or total hip replacement, by autologous conditioned serum (ACS) for one to three times monthly and followed up. Seven patients received ACS three times, three patients received it two times, and the only one who underwent total hip replacement received it once. Ten patients achieved union at the last follow-up visit, indicating the effectiveness of ACS on patients who suffered from non-union after ORIF. ACS has the potential as an alternative or adjective treatment for non-union and is worthy to be investigated further for the benefits of patients.
